Is my SOC 2 evidence portable?
Always. Evidence you upload is yours — export ZIP, JSON metadata, and audit log at any time, on any tier. We never lock evidence to the platform.

Unlimited on Professional and Enterprise. CAIQ-Lite and SIG-Lite ship out of the box; custom checklists supported on Professional+.
What's the SLA?
Professional: 1 business-day support response. Enterprise: contractual uptime SLA (99.9%) and named CSM with same-day response on Sev 1.
