How is questionnaire automation priced?
Questionnaire automation (CAIQ-Lite, SIG-Lite, custom checklists) and per-customer private evidence rooms ship on Enterprise. Professional: 1 business-day support response. Enterprise: contractual uptime SLA (99.9%) and named CSM with same-day response on Sev 1.
What's the difference between this and Vanta / Drata?
Vanta and Drata are SOC 2 prep platforms — they help you GET certified. Trust Portal is the customer-facing layer once you ARE certified: the public posture page and your security-posture badges. Deep per-framework evidence collection and gap analysis is Compliance-as-a-Service, not Trust Portal.
